The staff was AMAZING, FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE! If you have questions, this is a great place to get them answered.
Very disappointing handling of the Big Bear drone show. If the show was canceled, the people who came out to watch it deserved to be told. Leaving everyone standing around with no announcement or explanation was poor event management and poor communication with the visitors and community you are supposed to be serving. Maybe a good old-fashioned fireworks show would have been a better choice after all.
