Our extended family shared the 5 bedroom chalet in July. It had space for everyone but it desperately needs a lot. It was nice to have an enclosed front yard with 2 tables but there was no dedicated grill. Also no dedicated parking spots. We just kind of parked next to the house along the road. The house itself has a good sized living room, dining and kitchen. But the kitchen is very under supplied, no salt or pepper, knives are very dull, and we bought our own kitchen shears. Let me start by saying I am a real person not a bot or bought unlike majority of these reviews. The best part of our stay was the lake. It was beautiful and the main highlight of our trip, even if it still wasn’t quite what we expected. When we first walked into the room, it looked nice and smelled clean, and the location itself was convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience quickly went downhill. My room was right next to the lake. The staff are very friendly and there is a recreational area. Unfortunately, I was on the bottom and could hear what was going on upstairs, would come back though.
This place is by far the worst place we’ve ever gone to anywhere and we’ve been to really cheap hotels before there’s so much to complain about the bathroom vent didn’t work. The Wi-Fi kept glitching. The room was very dirty when we came in. My one year-old daughter was walking barefoot when we picked her up it looked like charcoal on her feet. It was disgusting.
