Although I did not stay at one of the properties, I had direct dealings with the company/management and my experience was extremely negative. During the process, I felt I was unfairly blamed for damages I did not cause, and I experienced issues involving personal belongings being damaged. BEWARE!!!! I stayed at a long term rental of Doria's, and had to sue her to get my deposit back. It makes a lot of sense to see the other complaints on this page. She tried to keep my $3100 deposit- claiming that I damaged her apartment. Not only did I win the case, the judged ruled that she acted out of Bad Faith. She knowingly, willingly, and unlawfully kept my deposit. It took a year and a half to get it back.
