I booked on March 28 for a trip in September. I called the next day to confirm the cabin had AC as this is a warmer part of the year. They said no I then requested a cabin with AC for my party of 12. We went back and forth with properties and concluded they had nothing that could accommodate my party of 12 that had AC. I was forced to cancel my reservation and book elsewhere. Cool cabins a great way to find a lovely rental property. I stayed at the lazy bear lookout in upper moon Ridge for five weeks and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Beautiful, beautiful round house with three levels, entertainment room, Jacuzzi and the views were to die for. What a lovely time I had with my friend up there. We needed a little help with the fireplace because the wind had closed the flu and we couldn’t find it to open it so I called maintenance and they came out within 15 minutes. I’ve stayed multiple times in multiple different homes. Always clean and well equipped for our stay. Staff is great! Easy process. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Big Bear!
I am always so pleased when I stay with Big Bear Cool Cabins. I’ve stayed in multiple of their properties and always find them to be really nice and very clean. Would definitely recommend and will happily continue staying with Big Bear Cool Cabins!
