So great! Very welcoming, great job explaining, great workout. Can't wait to come back! Chuck is the coaching master! He takes time before class starts to explain the workout and to demo the lifts. He is always looking out for you and is available for any questions. This is my first experience with group lifting classes and I never feel silly asking questions and always feel supported. Chuck was helpful and encouraging. He does a great job relating the lifting work to running and aspects of every day life.
Joe was an excellent coach for my first visit, very approachable and made me feel welcome. Easy to understand and gave lots of helpful form cues. It was really cool to notice exactly which muscle I was working, and know that I was doing it right. Great facility and nice atmosphere. Thank you so much.
