Super nice gym and very clean! The owner (Joe) is incredibly helpful and probably one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met. He helped me tremendously with form, injuries, and recommendations for hitting my fitness goals.

I have been at Big Bear for over 8 months. The workouts have been challenging and fun and the members are very welcoming. Joe has been my coach most of the time I’ve been there, and his attention to detail with the programming as well as the coaching has been my favorite part of the gym. I’ve built a ton of strength over the past several months. Highly recommend checking Big Bear out!

Home away from home! Welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable, and a safe place to grow yourself no matter your goals or abilities!! I've been able to reach new limits I never thought possible thanks to the staff!!

So great! Very welcoming, great job explaining, great workout. Can't wait to come back! Chuck is the coaching master! He takes time before class starts to explain the workout and to demo the lifts. He is always looking out for you and is available for any questions. This is my first experience with group lifting classes and I never feel silly asking questions and always feel supported. Chuck was helpful and encouraging. He does a great job relating the lifting work to running and aspects of every day life.
