Then they will tell you they can't fix your car, "you have take it to the dealership for that." and "we can't do this, take it to a tire shop for that." and still want to charge you $550 even though they didn't fix anything, can't fix anything they can diagnose. Then when you complain they will tell you "Talk to the boss on Monday", hang up on you, and hold your car for ransom.
