The Big Bean™ has been serving the Severna Park neighborhood since January 2000. They are a small, but friendly coffee store- espresso bar . You can enter the store from the B& A Trail out our back door ( mile marker 5.0 ) or come in the front door at 558 B & A Blvd. Either way, you will enjoy the friendly staff, outstanding coffee and an assortment of delicious gourmet treats. And . . there is seasonal outdoor seating on the Trail!

RecommendedWonderful selection of lattes. I tried the raspberry cookie latte with almond milk - delicious! Friendly baristas and happy atmosphere.

Delicious coffee and flavors. Love the location and the nearby shops. They always have a smile and make you feel comfortable. The cozy store has a little of everything so you always want to come back for more. The lattes are to die for! I prefer them to Starbucks.
The baristas are incredibly personable and always have recommendations for me. I love getting a bag of ground coffee from their specialty selections, and somehow it just tastes better knowing I'm also supporting a local business.
The best local coffee shop! They go the extra mile. A relative ordered a Big Bean gift card for my daughter for Xmas. Several weeks went by and it still had not arrived in the mail. Assuming it had been lost, the wonderful folks at Big Bean hand delivered a new one to my mailbox so my daughter could have it for the holiday. Amazing...and also typical of the service here.
