Do not like the policy of customers satisfaction, paid $250.00 for something that doesn't work and can't get a refund, I work here in Dahlonega 35 year Auto tech, I will make sure everyone knows not to do business with them
This company does not care about their customers. I have only used this company and they keep discontinuing juices that I buy. The company does not care what the customer says about not being able to purchase flavors they have stopped making. This is now the second time they have discontinued a flavor after they recommended this flavor to replace what they discontinued the first time. great store and friendly staff. they know what they’re doing and are always happy to help. one of the employees named austin is a really nice and helping dude. he is always there when i go and he always finds me what i need.
I just wanna leave a review about one of the amazing employees at Big Bang Vape Company in Dahlonega. Austin was the best! I had no idea about any product in the store and he helped me tremendously. His knowledge of the products were spot on. He is one of the kindest, most polite sales associates I’ve encountered. Hope to see him soon again in the Big Bang Vape Co!
Love this shop! I called in inquiring about a particular product and Brian was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. When I got to the store he was right up front to greet me and we completed my transaction and he taught me about the device in under 5 minutes.
