I had Jim and Victoria cater my Christmas party. We had pulled pork, smoked chicken wings, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and baked beans. This is my first catered experience and I must say, it was absolutely GREAT! They were very professional and pleasant. They had everything ready on time and even gave me a few salt and peppers shakers. Everything was outstanding especially the pork and smoked wings. I can honestly say some of the best I ever had. Thanks so much for the great food! It was a hit : )
