I have always loved this place but love it even more since they brought all the southern charm & hospitality by hiring Amber! She greets you with the warmest, most genuine smile. You can tell she loves her job and actually wants to be there. There's not a request i had that she wasn't immediately attentive to. Good customer service isn't dying. Its alive & well at BBB.
Tasty breakfast and hardworking ladies behind the counter! We all got some form of skillet and it was delicious -- potatoes tender and flavorful scramble. Coffee was very nice as well. Strawberry jelly was a delicious surprise, would be killer on some vanilla ice cream. Our server Missy/Melissa was an absolute champion, serving us w a smile and humor while busting out what felt like a million orders simultaneously. The customer service was wonderful and the food was so delicious! Everything about this place is great. We will definitely be back.
Got the BLT. Only one slice tomato? So half slice on each side??Come on. My server very nice, fetched another slice. Thank you. Fries cooked but not chrisp. Also server very nice, and got fresh fries. The service saved the lunch.
