Don't rent from B.I.G. Assets. I lived on a property of theirs for 36 months, never a late payment. Now FOUR YEARS later I find out that I have a 26 dollar debt in collections with ProCollect from "The Park At SummerHill". I always paid my rent with Cashiers checks in the FULL amount! After i moved out of an apt. They are charging me absurd amount of money for no reason. Impossible to get a hold of. The apt has since changed names. Seems like a big scam. Out of the blue i am getting phone calls from collectors wanting money.
I'm just trying to get a copy of my lease to clear my credit of fraud and I can't even speak with anyone... They are pathetic !
i am trying to get hold of this corporation because they charged for the thing i wasnt supposed to be charged but they always close their office and doesnt answer the call a total waste.
This "management" company is a total joke. the receptionists are moron's, and trying to get a hold of anyone above them isn't going to happen. This company needs to be shut down. I STILL haven't received my deposit back from 2012.
