Really like this place, everyone is friendly and I love the way my nails came out. The owner did a great job.
I got my gel medicure done, the owner worked on my nails great and taking his time on it.
I chose this store for my eyelash extensions because, as a Chinese customer, I trusted they would understand and deliver on Chinese aesthetics. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience ever. I happened to pass by the store and decided to walk in. The entire process for both eyes took less than 20 minutes, but the result was extremely disappointing. This is a review for Big Apple nail and spa 2 at 84-27 Jamaica Ave. Queens, NY 11421. I've been going here for years and yesterday was the worst experience of my life. The one lady that did my nails usually only does mani/pedis but because they were busy they had her help with the fill in. A few of my nails are bumpy and one of the nails nail polish is chipping off meanwhile I paid 10 extra for the gel nail polish that isn't supposed to chip.
