Worst Audio guys ever They don't have top of the line competition equipment thats worth a damn. Service was slow, they didn't know what they were talking about when they tried to sell me second hand useless crap. Parts and labor are not part of the final price they charge you. A bunch of greedy morons at that place. Go to SS electronics in Adams or Car Audio Pros down the road from Big Apple. They will do everything better than Big Apple Music. You don't see anyone on the bass competetors sporting big apple gear
worth reading I should've turned around the minute I walked in the front door! As soon as I got inside the was a guy complaining that his stuff doesn't work that they installed last week. Whenn the guy working there waited on me, he told me that my stereo and back speakers would take about and hour and a half. Four hours later the installer comes in the grab different speakers because the guy at the front desk gave him the wrong size. (That's because he tore apart the front door to replace the wrong speakers) I figured since... read more
Not the best install I've ever had... but, they are working to resolve my issues...we shall see! For nearly 9 months we've had issues with a DVD & flip-down monitor setup and the kids haven't been able to be entertained on long trips w/out having to poorly listen to the movies through my FM radio b/c the IR headphones all broke.
Not Bad Not as fast as some of the other places around, but they do quality work. It seems as though they've gotten to have more home audio in store than car audio, but it's all quality stuff. They are a little pricier than places like Best Buy, but these guys are way more helpful setting stuff up than the clerks at a major retailer.
