William did our inspection there is so much wrong. Central air does not work needs to be replaced. Bath tub leaks into the kitchen so cannot use until I can get someone to come look at it. The ceiling above the stove needs to be pulled and replaced do to the water damage. I would not recommend this company
Just bought my house. Had William do the inspection. Plumbers came to do new inspection on pipes, they happened to be home inspectors too. They were shocked he didn’t catch basic issues, some that would have stopped the house from selling. The report book William gave us had little information in it and he marked stuff that was wrong, the plumbers felt bad for us so checked it as a friendly favor. I seriously don’t know how this guy has a license. Never use this company, please do yourself a favor.
Bill did a horrible job inspecting our house. He is not trustworthy and is obviously not good at his job. There were termite issues and I have been told that any home inspector would and should have noticed the obvious termite penetration instantly. Since I am aware and educated of what to look for now regarding terminates, it's SO amazing that he did not notice and bring this to our attention the day of inspection.
