I called to order a meat lover, I was told it be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived they told me my order was never placed. The waitress was was very rude.

Please call the Big Apple tomorrow between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and ask for Shirley so we can resolve this problem. I'd be more than happy to replace your meal you didn't get if it was error from my waitresses.
