The lady who helped us was very nice and the bagels were decent. I have to comment on whatever fragrant cleaner or air freshener they use in their facility. I can smell it on their napkins and can taste it in their drinking cups. We got muffins to go and the box stinks like cleaner and now the muffins do too. I don't understand how a food facility would find this acceptable. It's very nauseating and ruins the flavor of whatever you try to eat or drink. I absolutely LOVE this bagel spot. Every time I come in no matter who’s working, they are always so polite and sweet especially when I bring my son with me. They are also one of the only bagels spots around here with a jalepeno pepper jack bagel, TO DIE FOR. I love that they don’t use just cheddar like every other place. 10/10 always happy when I come here!
5-star for Folsom. Best in town. I feel like quality has improved with new ownership. Good stuff
