Rafi is absolutely not to be trusted in any car deal. He tried to sell me a car that needs thousands worth of work and he tried to claim the car was perfect. Tires needed replacing, the radio, a/c and heater were broke, there were cracks in the body panels etc I put down a large deposit before inspection as he said he requested 10% of purchase price.
