I wanted to try a new vendor for annual maintenance on my oil fired heating system and after reading so many positive reviews decided to try Big Al’s. Great communication, easy process and the tech Elijah was great. He explained everything and was patient answering my questions about my 36yr old Burnham system. I will definitely become an annual customer after this experience.
Tech was very professional and answered all my questions.
Service individual was on time, very clean, informative, kind and respectful.
Big Al’s service was wonderful. I inquired because I saw his technician, leaving a neighbors house and asked how much they charged and when I could get in on a service call and they were prompt because they were able to do it the same day so now they are in my contacts list and did a great job!
