I woke up with no heat and the first thought that ran through my mind was how much is this going to cost me? I went with Big Al’s because of all the positive reviews from The town Facebook page. The tech Franky was out within hours of me calling and shortly after him arriving the heat was fixed. Franky was knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away. Had Big Al’s out this morning to do an annual service on my a/c unit. The service was outstanding. Explained everything they did and answered all my questions.
My furnace wasn’t working and we had no heat. I was referred to Big Al’s services to have my furnace serviced. We had Elijah who was to say the least, absolutely stunning! Impeccable service and great personality. Elijah addressed our issues and was able to get the heat turned back on without draining my bank account. I would highly recommend Big Al’s service for all HVAC needs. If you’re lucky enough to Elijah, you are in VERY good hands. Again, he was a pleasure to have!
What impressed me first was when Big Al arrived to look at our boiler and give us a quote. He described to us different kinds of boilers and different functions.
