Great food but didn’t like the added gratuity! Server served our food then left. Never finished serving all the food was too busy waiting on other tables.

I take my daughters, my girlfriend, and my daughters’ friends regularly. We love Big Al’s. Of course, there may be a hiccup here or there, but we visit there at least 50-60 times a year, especially during crawfish season, and overall-it is excellent. AWESOME!!!
