great service I had a great experience here- had a coupon, they performed the service and had me on my way within 30 mins (this was the week before July 4th!) Extremely satisfied customer here- I'll be back! Thanks guys.
Just brought my truck in recently for oil change, coolant flush, and rotate tires plus a courteous brake inspection. Shawn is the manager and his mechanics were very friendly and professional. Service didn't take too long and I'm always treated as a valued customer. I recommend Big Al's.
Always great customer service, and fair pricing. We have been going here for over 15 years and they have always been honest. They tell us what needs to be done now and what can wait a little while. Would recommend to anyone!
