Break's and rotors were going badly they were grinding metal to metal and sounded like rocks. Real bad. Brought it to Big Al's in Hampton and they took me in same day and had it done same day. Picked it up the next day with a smile on my face and a car that was safe to press the breaks on. Showed a breakdown of the parts and what I saw seemed fair market labor.
I have been coming here for years with various cars.. and this is the first time I have an issue with my car being worse off than when i brought it. Customer service was good. I keep being told i over paid for the particular service i went in for .. i don’t know what to think. I haven’t had time to go back to see if the issue can be fixed yet. Great customer service!! As a woman I always feel intimidated getting my car service but I keep coming back here because they don’t mind explaining services and helping me get the best service for my car!!
Best muffler shop in Virginia the manager Terry is a very good manager and makes sure that all of his staff is very attentive and keeps customers informed on the status of the vehicles 10/10 will recommend and I’ll definitely come back !
