The staff were very friendly. The manager, Terry, was over-the-top helpful. However, the quality of the work was subpar at best. I went in for a new muffler (strictly for sound purposes only). The stock muffler I had was fine, it just wasn’t aggressive enough. The first muffler they put on, they put on backwards (see picture), so I had to bring it back and have it replaced again.
