Im pretty happy, I had a failed inspection and I thought my muffler was toast. They quickly saw it within an hour of dropping it off and called me to let me know it was just a broken bracket and weld in the rear. Total was only 19.60. Kudos to them for being timely and honest. I recommend this place.

Took my car in on 7/8/13 because it wouldn't stay running. Manager that checked me in (Jesse) told me they could check it out and would charge me 1/2 hour labor. The mechanic which I found out later was 1 of the owners pulled my car in and checked and said a vacuum hose had come off. He repaired it and they did not charge me anything I was totally impressed with the service that I recommend them to all my friends I still can't believe that they didn't charge me.
I was at the Chesapeake location on Battlefield Blvd. recently for some exhaust work. I replaced the flex pipe on my Hyundai & torch welded it myself. Of course torch welding under a car if a pain & the weld gave out. Took it in for them to look at it. They Mig welded it for me in 15 minutes. PERFECT WELD, DIRT CHEAP! Great customer service, Excellent results! If I would have known about them sooner I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation!
I LOVE BIG AL'S WARWICK BLVD I'VE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YRS. AND MATT IS GREAT!!! THEY ARE VERY FAIR AND HONEST, HAVE GREAT PRICES, THEY DONT GOUGE YOU. THEY TELL YOU RIGHT UP FRONT THE PRICES NO HIDDEN COST. I RECOMMEND THEM 10000 PERSENT AND WILL ALWAYS GO THERE , THANKS BIG AL'S
