Wife and I were in the Plymouth Area photographing the Geese. 2000 Jeep Cherokee started making a whirring noise between 10-40 mph. We were on there door step at 8am and 21 degrees. The Tech took it for a spin. No Noise.. Isn't it just like that nothing happens when you call the doctor. No charge. Then as we left the noise came back. so U turn and the tech drove it again. he heard it. They wanted us to leave the Jeep as they were booked so they could Diag the issue. Yesterday my daughter Ally broke down on her way to Florida, she had her truck towed in to a place called Big Al's Garage they told her it was going to cost over $1500.00 to repair the fuel sys so i sent a tow truck to pick her up. after looking at the truck we found a bad coil. The cost of the part $ 35.00. do you think they were trying to take advantage of her or just a bunch of dumb ass who did not know what they were doing ?
I appreciate all the hard work on my 1997 Chevy S10. Everyone is very helpful and they go the extra mile. Just good, hard working people. However, I just dropped over $500 to fix my truck, so I was excited to drive it. I took it for a little trip to test her out, and I heard the same noise that made me bring it in to start with. Hi buddy I read your post and I want you to know to feel free to drop by asap to check that noise . I don't want you to feel like your in the same boat. All the the parts we replaced were surely bad these issues would have caused problems down the road for you but are taken care of now. I do hate that replacing them did not take care of a noise you where hearing. When I drove it to your home to deliver it all was well( a perfect ride )so when you come by maybe we take a trip together to get a good feel for when you hear it. ... read more
Had a run flat tire from them for my BMW, tire and installation was so much cheaper then the bigger tire retailers . And in 15 minutes I was back on the road. This place will get my future business.
