Oh Big Al's, today I seemed to be missing half of my burger. And when I brought it to the staff's attention I very much enjoyed the explanation served with a heaping side of condescending annoyance. I appreciate the begrudging offer to remake it (which I fully accept I declined, mostly because I don't trust sending food back...)
