My family absolutely loves bigair its close to our house. The staff is friendly I want to mention the sweetheart Sarah D she made my son’s day. She’s always smiling and so polite when we go in there. We will definitely be back!
I booked my son's 4th birthday party at Big Air Knoxville because the pricing was much more affordable than some of the other trampoline and adventure parks in the area, and we liked the idea of trying somewhere new. We took the kids to Big Air in Knoxville this past weekend, and it was an absolute blast. This place is massive and incredibly well-designed. What I loved most as a parent was how clean the facility was and the excellent sightlines—I could easily keep an eye on the kids all along. There is literally something for every age. Absolutely awful experience at Big Air Trampoline Park in Knoxville. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and acted like they were on a power trip. Instead of creating a fun and safe environment, they spent their time yelling at kids. They told children they were "jumping too high" and claimed they weren't allowed to do flips on the trampolines.
