Highly recommend Big Air Mechanical ! After having 2 other companies come out and fix my AC with the problem just continuing ! BAM came out same day and fixed the problem within 5 mins!! Now they service my AC every six months and very happy with their services .
I was visiting my 87 year old Mom in Florida and the fan went out on her AC unit. Big Air Mechanical (BAM) responded to her call before office hours, assessed the problem before noon and the part was replaced and the AC running before 3:30pm. Thanks to the office and the installers (Brett and Michael). FANTASTIC service post sale.
We had them do our AC a few years ago and then recently had them back to replace all of our duct work. They were on time, quick and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Big Air Mechanical is a top notch company that does a great job not only at meeting your needs but exceeds in expectations. Starting at the initial call level, the office manager, Elayney, is remarkable and is extremely organized and efficient. Also is a great communicator. Such a pleasure to work with.
