Went there for the first time, great service, order a appetizer for two and shared a main dish, had the Mongolian beef and vegetable spring rolls, food was excellent, highly recommend, thank for the food and service.
Big 8's food quality is 5 but not the portions. They shamelessly rip you off on the scallops and corn in their boils. Ordering a pound instead of a half doesn't mean you're getting more. I'll be back for sure. Mostly because they're the only ones on this side of town that offer scallops in their boils. Kasumi are you listening?
This is a newer restaurant in Downtown Lincoln. I picked up a to go order for the first time due to time constraints. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai and Fried Spring rolls. I have to say it was some of the best Pad Thai I have had in a very long time. Many restaurants make a mediocre Pad Thai, but this was exceptionally good. The egg roll was great too. Just had an amazing meal here. I had the egg drop soup with seaweed and the Singapore noodles. I’m here traveling for work and I’m glad I found this spot. The Singapore noodles had that nice spice and the seaweed & egg drop soup was so comforting.
