This place is on my way home and its starting to become a problem for me. They specialize in down home cooking and everyday they offer some special, that is not on the normal menu and it is always something incredible. I am going to get fat because I absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING here.
We finally got a chance to check this place out last week and we love it. Simple menu but what we ordered was quite tasty and the portions were ridiculous. We actually could have shared and had soup or salad and been stuffed. The atmosphere is kinda homey with a little soft blues, jazz or raggae flare thrown in for good measure, which sounds weird, but for some reason, it works here. This place used to be a pretty crappy Mexican restaurant, but some enterprising couple bought them out and opened an amazing little cafe' that now offers soup, sandwiches and appetizers that they make daily from food they grow themselves. Pretty cool concept I think. We have gone twice now and both times we were amazed at how good (read fresh) the food was and how cheap the prices were. We will be back for sure. About time Dickinson came up with something like this.

viva mexico is the finest resteaurant in town.The enchiladas are very delicous.they also have the best fajitas in town
a great place.... if you like lemons!!!!! – bought car. then sent to shop for repairs... we couldnt even pump gas into it. had to replace the entire evap system. not a good place, will rip you off.
