I had been coming here for 3 years for alignments and always had great experiences with the owner — he was friendly and always helped me with any issues. This past week, I went in for my usual alignment and dealt with Tracy and her husband. They refused to do the alignment unless I bought all new tires, insisting all four needed replacing. They quoted me $1,100 for the tires and alignment. I ended up getting all new tires somewhere else, then went back to Big 5 to have them put the tires on and do the alignment. Went to in to get an alignment and came out without alignment and a quote for nearly $1,600 because of my control arms and battery needed to be changed. We went to another place that was trusted and they said neither needed to be repaired. I remember hearing that George was the one doing my alignment. Shame on you. Do not trust these people.
Walked in and was greeted with “oh we don’t have time today” great hospitality!
