I’ve taken two car in and everyone has been so friendly and helpful! They gave me details on how my car was having the problem it was and the work was priced right. I would come here every time!
Had a medical visit in Tyler today, which is an hour drive for me. Halfway there the tire light came on, so I put in air and headed on to the doctor appointment. When I got out I was worried about the drive home as my car has no jack or spare tire. I googled tire shops near me and Big 5 was only 1/2 mile away. They took a look at my tire and found a 3 inch nail! Not only did they repair it, but also did not charge me at all. 5/5 would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Did everything right no problems customer service was very great and reasonable price too would recommend getting vehicle maintenance and fix here.
I took my car in last year April 2025 to have multiple things fixed including a transmission. After a long 6 weeks I finally got my car back. Needless to say I had to take my car back 2 different times for the same issue to be fixed. That was a red flag but after the 3rd time everything seemed good. Fast forward 11 months later April 2026, my transmission went out again.
