I'm from Tyler, and had a puncture on a run flat tire in Longview after 5:00 PM. Although they didn't have my exact tire, they made a point to come up with a remedy so that I could make it back to Tyler. Great crew and management at the Tyler Street Location.
Just had my flat fixed and the guys at Big 5 are awesome!!!!
They got us back on the road in no time "flat". And I mean flat. Two that went completely flat within an hour. My husband got the car over to them the next morning and they jumped right on it so that I could have my car after I got out of a seminar across the street. The guys in these picks are not employees. They were the traffic guards that night
