RecommendedThe young men at Big 5 are out standing. Took my car in and they worked to get it correct. First parts didn't work they exchanged them. These young men are the nicest and most polite people I have ever met. I am very pleased to have had them working on my car. I am most grateful for Jon he was awesome.

My husband got the car over to them the next morning and they jumped right on it so that I could have my car after I got out of a seminar across the street. The guys in these picks are not employees. They were the traffic guards that night
I took my vehicle in to get new control arms put on, and they stripped the bolts. They told me there were “broken bolts” that they couldn’t fix and sent me to another shop. The next place told me the truth. Big 5 stripped the bolts and then lied about the problem. Now they refuse to pay for what they broke in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your car in worse shape than when you drop it off!!!
I come 15+ hours a week and these guys always take care of me! They open early and are open Saturday morning.
Just moved to Longview, someone cut me off so I jumped the curve to keep from rear ending them and it popped my tire and bent my rim. Every one I went to did not have a rim and wanted me to pay $200 for a Chrysler rim. I went to Big 5 Tire and Auto Service and the guys were great! They were so sweet. They did not charge for the labor or fixing of bending the rim back in place. I only had to pay $81 for a new tire. I absolutely love this place and these guys! Will definitely be doing all our tire needs with them!
