I've been a customer for years, I'm a business owner myself, they concentrate on great service at a fair price, I can't express how great this company is!!
I never took me truck to get service by them. One of their employees told me they don’t service tires over 35 inches after another employee told me they would be able to mount and balance my 37 inch tires. I felt like I was being brushed off. So I took my business elsewhere
I brought a 2022 Polestar 2 Performance, a rare one in Syracuse to this Big4, so happy with how they took care of the tire replacement. It was a day-and-night difference from another shop I struggled with that week. In the other shop, I was told that the tire would be ready in next day (not available), then 3 day later (not available again) and a week later.
