I can't thank Paul enough. My vehicle broke down outside Boise on a Sunday evening. I made a couple of calls before I found Big 10-4. A real person answered the phone and said they would be there within 30 minutes. He got there on schedule and immediatly found the issue. He was knowledgeable and equipped to fix the vehicle quickly. If you need some no nonsense expertise look no further.

Can’t thank you enough Paul.... with your quick timing on getting to my family and I. I for sure thought that we were going to be stuck in Boise and either rent a car or a hotel room for the night... Paul, you came out and actually fixed it and it wasn’t easy. I believe if any other mechanic came out I would be up in a hotel with two crazy kids and for that Paul, I thAnk you your professionalism and knowledge on diesel trucks.... you made it look easy. Paul has been my diesel mechanic for my Peterbilt for 15 years. I once took a photo of him standing in front of my truck holding the sign that I made. "1,000,000 MILES!" When I sold her, the odometer was at 1,200,000 and she was STILL truckin'!... in no small part due to her 'well baby' checks and repairs that Paul did for me.
