STAY FAR AWAY! Dealerships have a bad reputation because of companies like this. I purchased a car owned by this dealership. As soon as I returned home, my son stated there was white smoke coming from the exhaust. It was a cold day, so felt that it was nothing out of the ordinary. Sunday I emailed them to look at a few cars I was interested Brian called me as soon as they opened I went up there, test drove both cars and chose the one I liked more. I purchased the car and Brian was so amazing offered me a drink while we got everything taken care of. I did notice the tail light was busted and while I was at the bank getting the check Brian ordered the part and told me as soon as it comes in he will call me and then also install it for me. I contacted them about one of their pick up trucks. The next day Brian got back to me and said they still had the truck. When I arrived Brian was very friendly, and we were laughing and joking around like we've known each other our whole lives. I explained I had a vehicle to trade in and my whole situation with that. A couple hours later im driving the truck home. I highly recommend Big1 used cars. At no point did I feel intimidated, or like I was getting the run around. Thanks again for all you help Brian!
Bought one of “big#1” cars got it home on the hoist and it was leaking oil from the motor missing a driveshaft that was my big concern so i guess I’ll see how the rest of it goes but definitely disappointed and got scammed out of my money honestly and there isn’t no way you didn’t know there wasn’t a drive shaft in the vehicle
Bought a 2009 gmc canyon from then and the transmission blew 1500 miles later. Mechanic who’s working on it said there’s no way they didn’t know it was on the verge of blowing up before they sold it
