Really should've read the reviews before I made a purchase out of desperation. 1 month into this vehicle and its already in the shop and of course the $2700 warranty i was sold doesn't cover it. Now im $500 out of pocket not to mention all 4 tires need replace. All 4 have slow leaks. When I called about this warranty....I just get the....sorry about that BS ! Rip off artist bought a journey from him 3 short drives in problems bad head gasket and they used some stuff called blue devil to conceal it please do not spend money here you will be disappointed and out of thousands of dollars and they just tell you tough luck STAY AWAY!!!
STAY FAR AWAY! Dealerships have a bad reputation because of companies like this. I purchased a car owned by this dealership. As soon as I returned home, my son stated there was white smoke coming from the exhaust. It was a cold day, so felt that it was nothing out of the ordinary. However, I noticed there was again white smoke coming from the exhaust. Took it to a few shops, and all said the same thing: bad head gasket. Sunday I emailed them to look at a few cars I was interested Brian called me as soon as they opened I went up there, test drove both cars and chose the one I liked more. I purchased the car and Brian was so amazing offered me a drink while we got everything taken care of. I did notice the tail light was busted and while I was at the bank getting the check Brian ordered the part and told me as soon as it comes in he will call me and then also install it for me. I contacted them about one of their pick up trucks. The next day Brian got back to me and said they still had the truck. When I arrived Brian was very friendly, and we were laughing and joking around like we've known each other our whole lives. I explained I had a vehicle to trade in and my whole situation with that. A couple hours later im driving the truck home. I highly recommend Big1 used cars. At no point did I feel intimidated, or like I was getting the run around. Thanks again for all you help Brian!
