I never pay attention to the service anywhere. I go to see smooth groove. If service is to slow I get it myself. Smooth groove is what I wanna see n hear. I love smooth groove and will do whatever n go wherever to see them. Nothing else matters to me n Jannell. Gotta love our smooth groove.
I love going to see my favorite band Smoothe Groove. Great band to listen and dance to. If you haven't heard them you must you won't be disappointed. Go Smoothe Groove you rock!
I stumbled upon this place once while out randomly riding my Harley and now it's rather rare that we pass through Moline without stopping here. Love the German style menu, large beer selection and atmosphere.
Very slow service -- took forever to get basic things to table. Beer, for example. Tried to order appetizer pretzels but they were out of the cheese sauce. Then picked another appetizer. Sorry, out of that one too. Sausages were ok but no better than what you would buy in a store. In fact, I'm quite sure they were bought, not made in house. Potato pancakes were flavorless -- not properly seasoned and soggy. Tasted very much like they were cooked then warmed over.
I've loved this place but over the past couple years it isn't what it used to be. Really wish they'd stick with the german heritage staple they were out of half of the German dishes last visit. Please very please step it up.
Great ambiance with the live music and our waitress was friendly and polite. Food was good, considering my husband's German mother was a great cook and he always compare all German food to her cooking. We will be back.
