It had been over 15 years since I last rented a trailer from Bierschbach, and I wasn’t familiar with the equipment. When another employee couldn’t assist, Usher stepped up without hesitation. He patiently walked me through how to hook up, disconnect, load, and unload the trailer, and even showed me how to use chains and binders—something I’d never done before. His help made the whole process easier than I expected. If I need equipment again, I’m coming back here first.
The parts department customer service has been exceptional! Cole has been very helpful!
We've been renting lifts and generators from Bierschbach for probably a decade. A couple months ago I realized the lift I rented was too short - right before they were closing for the weekend. One phone call and they got the lift loaded on a trailer for me, I picked it up, and was back working in under an hour. Never had a negative experience with them.
