We had 2 runners made for our long, dark hall. Its perfect in every way. They matched the pattern exactly, matched the binding to the base color of the carpet we chose. The backing is just what we needed to stay in place when our 2 big, wild dogs teardown the hall. And we were pleased with the price we paid. Thank you Denise and River!
We had outside carpet put down on two back condo porches and steps. Krafft Terrace's association is very unhappy with the job that Lee did. This is a senior complex and the carpet is not lasting at all. The glue is coming through the carpet and it looks bad. Lee was very abrupt and nasty to work with. We even have a tripping hazard area where Lee did not put it down properly. We are very unhappy and will not deal with Biernot's again
Our experience with Lee was great. The contractor he recommended to refinish our oak floors exceed our expectations. Joe,Tootsie and Bob showed up on time and went right to work. They were very professional and they took pride in their work and it shows. Great job guys. Would highly recommend. Bob and Linda Kozfkay
