We had outside carpet put down on two back condo porches and steps. Krafft Terrace's association is very unhappy with the job that Lee did. This is a senior complex and the carpet is not lasting at all. The glue is coming through the carpet and it looks bad. Lee was very abrupt and nasty to work with. We even have a tripping hazard area where Lee did not put it down properly. We are very unhappy and will not deal with Biernot's again
Our experience with Lee was great. The contractor he recommended to refinish our oak floors exceed our expectations. Joe,Tootsie and Bob showed up on time and went right to work. They were very professional and they took pride in their work and it shows. Great job guys. Would highly recommend. Bob and Linda Kozfkay
I cannot thank them enough! I called on a Wednesday to have carpet installed in a bedroom of my home prior to listing it for sale. They measured the space on Thursday and brought samples, the carpet was installed Friday. Everyone was so nice, great customer service. Will definitely use again. Thank you so much!
We've replaced carpet with them a couple times now. Very reasonable and exceptional, timely service. Will continue to look here first for our flooring needs.
