I have had a shoulder issue for 2 years. I finally got brave enough to call somebody. There was a brief scheduling issue at first. However, Dr Lukas called be that same day and wanted me to come in despite the schedule issue. He zeroed in on my problem in less than 20 secs. Thank you Dr Luke.
First service I tried to use to get help with a shoulder injury I’ve had for 2 years.. I called the lady at the desk to make an appt. She asked me what my available days were I could come in. I told her Monday or Tuesday. She said Tuesday would work. Then called me back 2 minutes later to tell me the dr wanted me to come in on Wensday… I suppose business is business but why ask me what my availability is just to request me to come in on a day that isn’t possible.
