Kristina was very attentive and helpful. She seemed to really care and want to help me. I’d recommend every time.
She was very professional and she was very down to earth she understood where I was coming from and what my concerns were and she didn’t Blow me off as in oh it’s just a sprain which it might just be just a sprain, but she understood and I appreciate that you go to some doctors and they just think you’re there for pain medicine and this and that but I can assure you she’s not one of those doctors she listened she double checked and then confirmed. My experience was excellent. The check personnel -in was friendly and very efficient. My wait time was minimal. X-ray was quick and efficient. The NP was very pleasant and personable. She explained everything in detail. This has been the best doctor visit I’ve had in a long time.
All staff members I encountered were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was a walk-in during a busy part of the day but I was seen pretty quickly. I was impressed with the care and knowledge my NP showed and will definitely recommend Bienville to others.
