I would give 10 stars if I could! We have had Glenn come to service major appliances for us twice now. He is always kind and courteous. All that, plus extremely knowledgeable. He is detailed and lays out all of the possible solutions so one can make an informed decision without any pressure. Accurate estimates and no surprises. Communicated and managed our expectations every step of the way. It is such a pleasure to receive such a great level of service and professionalism. Highly recommended!
