No stars should be an option! Asked why the sales man needed certain information to give a quote and he responded with “you walked into my house.” Should have left then. Then when the money man came out to talk and clearly wasn’t happy with our push back stated “did you girls consider…”. Sexism and disrespect at its finest. You should be ashamed. Ford should be ashamed at hiring these people. Disgusting.
Ford Service center (Great Neck) is outstanding! I always have peace of mind leaving my Explorer for service knowing everything is being taken care of. Shout out to Steve, who is always courteous, friendly and professional- truly exceptional. Ottimo!

Because I had two recalls on my old Ford I scheduled an appointment for this week. The service gentleman Steve Tomaski was so understanding and he made special arrangements for me. As it turned out I was able to get there on my own. It was very nice to meet this young man who was and is professional, informative and so pleasant and thoughtful.
