4 trips to service and they still can't make the windshield squirters actually hit the windshield. Also, no masks during the pandemic. Horrible service on any day, but even worse while we try to avoid the virus. Buy elsewhere.

I’m beginning to think there are no honest car dealerships left. After having a nightmare purchase experience of my Audi at Bob Tomas Ford in McKinney (selling me a car with broken A/C that they just did a patch job on, broke my wheel hub and tried to send me home with a lug nut missing, and did a terrible job on painting my wheels, which was apart of my purchase deal) I thought Audi Plano would take care of me...they did not.
