I have never encountered a more rude and incompetent receptionist in my life than the one at [Dentist's Office]. She is the epitome of unprofessionalism, treating patients with outright disdain and making what should be a simple process an absolute nightmare. She is unhelpful, condescending, and seems to go out of her way to make things difficult.
