I’ve been coming here for over15-16 years and when I went recently, I asked for a spiderweb design a older woman was trying to do the design but was not happy with my nails sad to say I will not be coming back here one time (a different time different day )the worker was rushing. Cut me a few times on my fingers because she was rushing. There were two other employees just sitting in the massage chairs sleeping , not doing anything, I’m sorry but as manager. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE….Very unpleasant experience and environment. The older lady with long dark hair when you first walked in to the far right side back was not welcoming and just sat on her phone the whole time a man named Thanh helped me he was very old and looked stressed and when I asked the lady if I could get a manicure with a female she blew me off. Please do not come to this place. I took my daughter there considering this was the first time she has been to a nail spa. I will never come back here again. The lady doing my daughter’s nails kept asking if we wanted gel as we politely declined multiple times (because we know it’s extra and they like to upsell you). Then, she mentioned she can cut down her cuticles which I agreed to not knowing there was an extra charge. Once we went to pay, she charged us extra for cutting down her cuticles and then began to argue with me ... read more
