I made an appointment and explained I have a couple nails that broke and wanted them evened out and the guy said no problem - I get there and the woman says they won’t do that, no tips and no sculpting. Which is fine if they don’t, but tell me that on the phone and I won’t waste my time. 1 star for poor communication skills - and apparently zero skills on fixing a broken nail.
Love these people. Docking one point because sometimes I get a grumpy nail tech. I wouldn’t go here for gel or nail art. Which is fine because i prefer dazzle dry. Overall love the service and like that they give a short shoulder massage during the service. I like that have rom coms playing in the background.

This salon is the cleanest, friendliest oasis to relax in. I’ve been coming here for 18 years and the owner has been here every time. Each nail technician is dutifully trained and so kind. I always leave here feeling like an elevated version of myself. Love this place!
