Had a flat on our van and called up Biellers to come get it and take into Mt Vernon for repairs. Mike who took care of us got there fast and was very friendly. He even called once it was delivered to the shop to let me know it had made it and the keys were safely in the key drop box.
I wish I could give zero stars! You people disgust me! The Bohnstedt's suffered a great deal. The passenger on that bike you tried to keep lost her LIFE and her husband is fighting for his in the hospital on life support and you had the nerve to charge their family 350 dollars for LESS THAN 24 hours of "storage" and keep them waiting FOUR hours to get the bike. I had serious problems with my van on my way from chicago to fort worth. I stopped in Mt Vernon Mo. I called biellier for towing service. Both Mike and Steve were wonderful and helpful. they treated us so good I will always be grateful to them.
My husband and I broke down on the way home from Branson halfway between Springfield and Joplin. We live in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and we needed to have a little getaway before my husband goes to work overseas next month. Also, my mother passed away two weeks ago, and it's just been a bad time for us. This little trip was like our Christmas present to ourselves.
