I would leave a zero the woman was extremely rude.To walk in a jewelry store where you could potentially spend a lot of money and be treated rudely is unacceptable. I will never go in there again .
Biele's came highly recommend by a retired jeweler I wanted to take Diamonds from a ring my husband had made for me using Stones that were his mother's. And have earrings made for my granddaughters high school .. I couldn't have been happier with the personal service, their suggestions on how to set the stones and some suggestions to pass on to my granddaughter.. I highly recommend them plan on using them again.
I can't imagine a worse experience, if I could give zero stars I would. Let me preface my review by saying that I suffer from a seizure disorder that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Thank GOD that I have a service dog, Rex, who is trained to assist me in the event that I have a seizure and who has in the past even alerted me before I had one. Without Rex I would be lost.
