Not only did they listen patiently to my story, but they went out of their way to help me immediately. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to rush the job meant so much to me. The engraving turned out beautifully, and I’m beyond grateful for their compassion and incredible service. Highly recommend!
I had my son’s watch sized the other day, unfortunately I had the jeweler remove too many links. My son returned today and had it sized properly for him. The jeweler refused to take any additional money even though it was entirely my fault. This is a wonderful old school business. The jeweler is outstanding at what he does, a true craftsman. Truly, a dying art. We could not be more pleased..
