the staff, the music (seriously, the music!), Doc Biehl... all really great. no wait time in lobby, great communication of what they're doing, why, etc... generally, dentist chairs are near bottom of my list of places to be (nothing against dentists or their teams), but Biehl & Farmer team does very well to make my visits a priority again.
Amy is always amazing. She is always smiling, happy to listen, and makes my experience much more pleasurable. She’s a good teeth cleaner as well. I’d give her a few days off just because she does such a great job. I really would.
I have been a patient for many years and the care I have been given has always been excellent!
