RecommendedThe pathfinder team and the service team are extremely nice and helpful. They always try to help customers to the greatest extent possible. The overall community is also nice.
The community environment is excellent, the staff and the service team is wonderful. They take the least amount of time to fix anything that needs to be fixed. The overall community is quiet and clean, and people are kind and nice.

Not sure! Management needs to figure out.
Infested with cockroaches and bedbugs (makes YOU pay for pest control each month), no parking included, features online do not match in home (i.e. no washer/dryer in unit), constant water repairs (leaking ceiling), noisy neighbors (had to call the police several times because landlord refuses to do anything), overpriced lease renewal ($1,000 more expensive than moving what is listed online for a 12mo lease), and there is a "convenience fee" for paying rent online (no other payment option). DO NOT RENT HERE.
Wonderful Environment and new laundry is doing its job. Also great service staff.
