Meets the need for a student’s housing This building is unuique in that it was built to be a senior citizen facility in 1976. Some seniors still live here, which makes for an interesting mix of residents. The apartments are maintained, but dated and the common areas still have the presence of the senior living decor. pretty good place to live if you like to live near downtown, like living in a quiet community, and enjoy living near the CSU Chico campus, then this place is for you. the building is walking distance from the transit center, downtown shopping and nightlife and less than a 10 minute walk to the university campus. great price range for students and offers studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. overall a pretty good place to live.
